programs that benefit our members, the communities we serve, and other non-profit charities:
- Advanced Professional Training: Funding continuing education seminars led by elite labor attorneys and industry experts to ensure our officers utilize modern
best practices. - Mental Health & Wellness: Providing essential resources such as our own MassCOP PEER Support program (in partnership with the American Foundation
for Suicide Prevention, AFSP), to help officers and 911 Dispatchers navigate the heavy psychological demands of the profession. - Critical Family Support: Offering direct financial assistance and support services to the families of fallen officers and our dedicated 911 Dispatch
members during times of tragedy.
