If Not, Why Not?

Massachusetts Coalition of Police's business agents, attorneys and union officers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide services when they are needed.

Any unaffiliated police association interested in joining the National Police Labor Movement, and enjoying the services and benefits of such a union should call Hugh J. Cameron at the Massachusetts Coalition of Police Headquarters: (508)-581-9336

Massachusetts Coalition of Police is a democracy. All officers are elected by the membership at union meetings by vote of the local chapters. This takes place at the Annual Massachusetts Coalition of Police Convention which is held in the fall of each year.

Local Autonomy! A local police association which elects to affiliate with the Massachusetts Coalition of Police retains all of its local autonomy. The local association makes it's own rules and by-laws of the state and international unions. The local association elects it's own officers and runs it's own local union business. Massachusetts Coalition of Police will not dictate who participates in local bargaining or how it is accomplished.
