Our Thoughts Are With You All

The Massachusetts Coalition of Police wants to recognize not only our members, but ALL in law enforcement that were responsible for the capture of the Marathon Bombers. It was a collaborative effort by so many agencies working together. It was a remarkable feat to bring all those agencies together in a coordinated effort, putting an end to the carnage that two terrorists committed.

It is with heavy hearts that we offer our condolences to the family of Officer Sean Collier from MIT. We also send our thoughts and prayers to Officer Richard Donohue of the Transit Police wishing him a quick recovery. We also continue to keep all of those who were injured or perished during the bombing in our thoughts and prayers. It was such a sad and trying week, but Boston, the Town of Watertown, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States of America, came together to help one another during this difficult time.

We are thankful for all the efforts of the first reponders, civilian volunteers, and the public. Not only those that put themselves in harms way, but those who assisted their fellow men, women, and children at every level.

Rest In Peace
